Heartbeat 2.0.X vs 1.2.3

Heartbeat 2.0.X is the next generation of heartbeat code. It should drop in as a replacement to 1.2.3 and provide all its features plus much much more. However, its configuration is not covered on the Ultramonkey site at this time, so please refer to linux-ha.org
